Getting my license 7 years ago was sort of a fluke.  My best friend Sara wanted to start a real estate company (Best Choice REALTORS)  and I told her I would help her with marketing and the computer end of it all - I'd be happy working as her assistant.  I didn't think real estate was for me.  So she got her license and we were off and running.  I think about 4 months after we started doing business I told her I had to get my license.  I was hooked.  I loved the research behind it all - understanding what was going on.  I spent hours on the computer learning!  So off I went to become a licensed agent.

And here we are almost 8 years after we started the company and still loving what I do.  We created our business model to stand out and be different.  That is why we are a flat fee full service firm.  We help sellers keep more money in their pockets.  But of course we couldn't leave buyers out - so we decided to offer them a rebate of the commission we make and help them pay for their closing costs.  Can't tell you how many times we have helped people sell homes that didn't have much money in them and they were thankful for our business model.  We have successfully closed well over 250 transactions.  Our success has been driven by our large referral base.  We love when happy clients pass our name along!

Sara Jones and I work with a team approach which allows us to give extra care and attention to clients that they deserve.  Each of our backgrounds plays a strong role in providing exactly what each buyer and seller needs in their real estate transaction.  Owning our own company allows us to create plans and work with clients as needed.  We love that freedom!

On a personal note, I am originally from Long Island and have meandered my way to Davidson NC - while stopping in the Atlanta GA and Sykesville MD areas along the way.  I live here with my husband and 2 children.  When not working with clients I can be found with my kids either at dance or on the soccer fields.  I volunteer with the youth group at my church Davidson United Methodist; I work at the Mooresville Soup Kitchen once a month and co-manage my son's soccer team.  Enough to keep me sufficiently busy!

One secret about me - if I didn't have to work I would spend my time learning how to sew some great clothes!
