We at ISCC are dedicated to the theme of being "on time, every time", whether its an inspection appointment or an inspection report. Most of our inspections will range from 3 hours to 4 hours of on site inspecting. Ours reports are clear, concise and easy to read, take another 3 to 4 hours to produce from our field notes and checklists, then will be delivered to you immediately
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult.
Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort.
My Personal Guarantee: "After I have completed your inspection, before you receive the report, if you believe I did not do a thorough job of inspecting the home, then you will owe me nothing!"
If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort.
Your home is a major investment. Whether you intend to stay in it forever or plan to move someday, chances are good that you will spend the next several years in your new home. Take the time up front
