I began in the field of real estate as an energy efficient home designer. Because of this I bring an abundance of knowledge about the structure, design, mechanical workings and architectural history of homes and buildings to the transaction. As many financial planners will recommend I diversify. While I am strong in regular home sales I also saw needs in the foreclosure and short sale markets. Through high quantities of sales in those areas I have become a specialist in foreclosure sales. This has also evolved into working with short sales on both sides of the process. Gradually I am also moving into the commercial market.
