Significant Land Planning and Community Design Services

• Bonita Beach Village (Bonita Springs, FL)– community planning services for a 16-acre, TND with 90,000sf of office and retail space – galleries, specialty shops, services, restaurants, arts & crafts shops, a “boutique” hotel and day spa; and 240,000sf of residential space – for sale and rental townhomes, lofts and time-shares.

• Boone Village (St. Charles, MO) – community planning concept for the 1st of 6 neighborhoods in a 300+ acre TND. The 44-acre Boone Village plan included: 13 acres of open space, 26,000ssf of retail and office commercial; and 117 housing units (lifts, townhomes, villas and sf detached). Charlestown is a modified version of this plan.

• Yacht Club Estates (Louisville, KY) – site plan design and townhome design for a 96-unit attached townhome community on the Ohio River, in conjunction with Heather’s-on-the-River (a river-based restaurant and entertainment facility) and the Harmony Landing Marina.

• Brickhouse Point (West Alton, MO) – site plan design for 135-slip marina with boat sales, service and storage. Conceptual design for Mississippi Jacks, a 400-seat restaurant on Alton Lake.

• Harbor Point Marina (West Alton, MO) – site plan and harbor design for 225-slip dockominium on Alton Lake.

• Duck Club Marina (St. Charles, MO) – site plan and harbor design for 110-slip dockominium on Alton Lake. Restaurant design for Duck Club Yacht Club.

• Fleur-de-lis Place (St. Charles, MO) – site plan and housing design for 209-home manufactured home community.

• Naples Yacht Club (Naples, FL) – plan concept for a mixed-use development including:a European-style hotel and spa; 50 townhomes; a private club; and a 70-slip dockominium marina on Naples Bay.
