Mike joined J.J. Barnicke Limited in 2003 and is responsible for working within the Client Advisory Group specializing in office leasing, tenant relocation services, and consulting services. He has also completed retail, multi-residential and investment transactions.
Mike's strengths and skills lie in his knowledge of the GTA Marketplace, and his belief that developing and maintaining strong relationships leads to long-term growth, for both the client and himself. In addition, Mike's extensive background in sales and marketing has given him a strong understanding of how to devise a plan and implement it on behalf of his clients. This provides his clients with a clear path through a real estate transaction.
Mike clients currently include Nike Canada and Habitat for Humanity. He has previously serviced accounts such as the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation, Pitney Bowes Canada, Park Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, First Associates Investments Inc., and Barrie Press Inc.
Over the past 4 years Mike has represented over 500,000 square feet in tenant relocation or renewal mandates.
