People just want to be taken care of.  When you take care of people, the business follows.  I hate it when someone lets me down when just a little more "oomph" would have gotten it right. 

As an Oviedo and East Orlando REALTOR®, I give it that little more "oomph."  I follow through-on everything.  There is not something said beforehand that doesn't happen afterward.  Second, I stay accessible.  I Return calls even if I don't know the answer.  Thirdly, I am organized, pro-active, and hands-on.  This means that I am usually ahead of the curve.  By being so hands-on, my sellers and buyers don't face many surprises.

When people choose me as their REALTOR® in Oviedo or East Orlando,  I promise to handle their real estate transaction with professionalism, character, and empathy.  I will abide by the National Association of Realtors' "Code of Ethics."   As a former teacher, I will educate them so they can make informed choices.  Finally, I will strive to make them feel happy and relieved that they chose me as their REALTOR® when there were so many others they might have chosen.
