"There is no place like home and I can get you there"

Get to know Robin Chlad

I have been lucky enough to have lived in Tucson, Arizona for the past 22 years. It is an awesome place to live like no other city.   I love working with people and helping them realize their dreams of owning a home.

This is how I work:   I give quality service to each and every client that comes my way.  My 1st job is to educate you. My 2nd job find you a house according your criteria or sell your house as quickly as possible.  My 3rd job is negotiate on your behalf, help you enter into a transaction and keep it as smooth as possible.   My 4th job...CLOSE It.  My 5th job...You are my client for life.

I take the time to explain the process of selling or buying a house.  I cover every detail from  financing/loan approval, nieghborhoods comparisons/ sound investments, inspections, and closing costs.  I work with a client like we are a team.  I keep you updated and informed.

This part is usually pretty exciting and fun.  I take the time to ask YOU questions. I listen to all your needs and  I find out what your idea of a dream house is.  I search the MLS and research the areas that my clients want to live in. Iie for all out of state clients.  Or I can give you a list and you can drive around at your leisure to check out curb appeals. Just taking the time to drive into neighborhoods  actually saves a lot of time.  I am very familiar with the whole city and it's unique neighborhoods.  I know the schools and how much time it's going to take you  to and from work from any given place.

This is where I am valuable to my client.   It is a learned art to be able to negotiate. It is where I go to bat for my client.  Ultimately the decisions are the buyers and sellers but I am there to advise, consult, and encourage.  Negotiation is when both parties go away happy with their decision and there are no loosers. But keep in mind I am making sure my client is a winner.  I coordinate with the lender, the title officer and other the other agent making sure everything is coming together and we are heading for a home run.

I have closed every escrow I have ever opened.  My stats speak for themselves.

Throughout the process, I have built a relationship with my clients.   Now I will continue to check in on them from time to time, keeping them updated and informed on the current market trends and investment opportunities.

I have an extensive back ground in art.  I have brought that creativity into my real estate business by thinking outside the box.   That could mean anything from creative lending ideas to design ideas for your new home.  My purpose is to give my clients excellent service and create a lasting friendship.

Robin Chlad's Blog Posts

My specialty is finding homes for people who really want to live in the essence of Tucson. I especially have an appreciation for the older homes in  historic neighborhoods thoughout  Tucson that offer a sense of history, pride, charm and neighborhood involvement that contributes to beautification and lets not forget safety. I am enthusiastic for our rich multi-culture and what our community has to offer.  I am a big supporter of the visual and performing arts.

Not only do I find the perfect homes for my clients according to their needs, I offer newcomers an education not only of the process of purchasing a home but  of the history and activities offered here in Tucson.  I have a passion for desert gardening and that is an art in itself.  My favorite nursery's, Harlows Gardens and Mesquite Valley Growers are a delight to tour and plan for a garden for your new home. Where do you get the most sumptious meals  in town ?..hint...Vivaces.  The mountains surrounding Tucson have hundreds of hiking trails to keep you fit.  Sabino Canyon will surely satisfy your senses.

I live in an adobe built home and have "inside" information on the values of these types of homes indicative to the southwest climate.  I could go on and on but I want to save this enthusiasm for my blog...check it out.
