I am a REALTOR with over five years of experience and I specialize in residential real estate. I have a long list of satisfied clients who I have helped along the way. My objective is to help you reach your goals and dreams pertaining to real estate. Whether it be selling a property or buying one for the first time, my numerous affiliations with associations, boards, licensed professionals and accreditations gives me the knowlkedge and resources necessary to make your transaction a smooth and pleasant one.
As a memeber of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), I have taken an oath to maintain the highest standards of service to my clients. I am also a member of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors (NHAR), the Granite State South Board of Realtors (GSSBR) and hold the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) accreditation. These various boards and associations mean that I maintain an ongoing program of continuing education in order to stay abreast of changes in the market place and client needs.
In the past I have vonlunteered with different groups within our local board. I was a member of the communications committee, the grievance committee & the community services committee.
My expertise is in the sale of existing homes for sellers and buyers of all age groups. I work closely with my buyers to provide them with the proper sources for information and walk with them through the entire process. For sellers, I direct them to pricing and staging their property correctly in order to maximize return, and keep them up to date on all activities that come about. Having gone through the buying and selling process for myself several times, I understand the stress and emotions that are involved and provide either party with sound decision making information and solutions.
