As a Home Inspector with certifications in structural, roofing, plumbing, electrical, advanced HVAC training, advanced mold inspection. mold testing wood destroying insects, safety, Radon and being a certified indoor air quality consultant how could you not choose me as your inspector. It is my mission to give you the best possible Home Inspection so that you may proceed with peace of mind and confidence in the home buying process.

I strive and pride myself on providing a great property inspection for you. I spend many hours keeping up all of my certifications and reviewing old ones so that I can be the very best at what I do.

With 20 years of background in residential and commercial construction I have a lot of knowledge to draw from when I encounter things. Drawing from that experience gives me the even temperament that Realtors love. No reason to panic over small potatoes. Let's look at the fix rather than the problem. A Home Inspector without my construction background may not even understand what they are seeing much less know how to explain it.  Knowing how to explain the problem, cause and fix to my customers is what separates me from the pack!

 A Little Background

My areas of expertise are diverse. The reason for this is over 20 years in residential and commercial construction. I have done just about everything from project managment to general contracting to the layout of a major structure to pounding the last nail on the roof. This experience allows me a look and understanding that few home inspectors can even come close to. My favorite clients are first time home buyers with a pen and pad in their hand. I tell them that I am a walking encyclopedia and am happy to share as much knowledge as they can handle.
