I have been a PA licensed agent since 1980, and a licensed Associate Broker since 1996. My educational background includes a BBA, Economics and Finance, 1994, Temple University, and is a valuable asset to my clients as I have a very good understanding of the financial markets.
Over the past 10 years, I have obtained several real estate designations, including my ABR, which stands for Accredited Buyer Agent. This designation assures buyers that I have not only had many years of experience on the job, but also a formal background of educational classes designed around representing the buyer in a real estate transaction.
Recently, I became a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and subsequently earned my latest designation, the CLHMS, which stands for Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. This designation represents a thorough knowledge and expertise in the high end market, and also requires a track record in documented sales of homes in the luxury market.
My training also includes the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. This certifies that I have expertise in the marketing of homes in the luxury price range.
Having become a Certified Homes Selling Advisor, I offer my clients advice on their particular situation. I am not acting as a salesperson as much as I am an advisor. If you are thinking of selling your home, call me for a consultation and see what I mean.
I also have the GRI designation. This stands for Graduate, Realtors Institute. It is awarded by the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS. This designation means that I have a good general understanding of the real estate industry.
In the mid 90's, I earned my PA Broker's license. This license allows me the opportunity to open my own office if I choose to, and also demonstrates additional training and education in many aspects of the business and also demonstrates a minimum of 3 years in the business. That is certainly not a problem! :-)
I also have the CRS designation. This stands for Certified Residential Specialist and the designation is obtained from the Residential Sales Council. This designation implies that I have passed formal educational requirements making me an expert in the marketing of homes. As a PA licensed Associate Broker, and over 30 years in the industry, I have gained experience in many areas that help my clients. I currently specialize in luxury and golf course community homes, but upon request, I also service first time buyers, townhome and condo buyers.

| Selling and buying is a stressful time, regardless of your realtor. Linda provided a buffer, as well as articulated each step to assure there was a complete understanding.
