Real estate is my career, not just my job. I hold the following real estate designations: Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Leadership Training Graduate, Performance Management Network, and Certified New Home Sales Professional. I have also been through several relocation certifications and through the Quality Service Certification classes.
I have served as State Chapter President of Women's Council of Realtors in Michigan as well as in many positions. I have served on various committees at my Realtor associations and have also served on the local planning commission. I am actively involved in many organizations which have contibuted to my community and my profession.
Boyne City, Boyne Falls(including Boyne Mountain), East Jordan, Petoskey and Charlevoix are the primary areas I specialize in. Resort and waterfront properties are a major part of the market in these communities. Internet marketing has proven to be one of our best tools for getting properties sold and we have embraced this tool fully at Lynda's. I also have many connection in the finance community which allows me to find homes for first time home buyers as well as multi-million dollar home purchasers. Many program still exist to help the first time home buyers get their start and I am well versed in these programs.
