When I got started in residential real estate about 11 years ago, I found that about 40% of my time was dealing with paper shuffling. I turned to my computer to see if I could eliminate the cumbersome time needed to submit files to the title/escrow company, broker, cross-sale agent, lender, inspector, client and the numerous other people involved in the transaction. After experimenting with the 3rd party software that was already in my computer (Adobe, Microsoft Office, etc.) and adding some of low costs programs, I figured out and perfected a way to do all my transactions using only my computer- and eliminating the paperwork, being about going GREEN :)

After my broker got wind of this, he asked me to help the other REALTORS in the office, which eventually turned into me not only teaching the agents in my office, but eventually led me to become a GRI instructor, as well as giving CE accredited classes across 3 states. I truly enjoy helping the agents and seeing them transform from a paper guzzler to a lean and efficient real estate machine, while still keeping their professionalism and personal touch that each client deserves.
