We did that in Connecticut when we couldn't find an existing home we liked. Daunting at first, I came to love the process. Like the first time you walk into a home that feels right, watching a home take shape from the moment you put pencil to paper to settling in, it is one of the most exciting things you will ever do. With someone who knows what to expect and who can guide you through to a happy ending, it's a joy! I do that with you!

WELL - if any or all of these appeal to you, then this is where you need to be. It's warm, sunny and friendly all year-round. In the deed-restricted communities of Punta Gorda Isles and Burnt Store Isles, your boat sits at a concrete seawall 20' from your screened "lanai" (back porch as it used to be known) and is ready to take you to exotic anchorages, near or far, as often as you wish. Sail or power - it doesn't matter. Or maybe a cocktail cruise to watch the sun set. Oh maybe you've had a hard day at the golf course, or you're tired because of that long bike ride - it's all here, just waiting to be enjoyed. But this area isn't for everyone.
If you enjoy being stuck in traffic or long commutes, then this isn't for you.
If you like high crime areas, then this isn't for you.
If you enjoy griping about those cold, rainy, gray, foggy days when the tree colors match the road - then this isn't for you.

We have homes on palm tree-lined saltwater front canals, on demanding (and not so demanding) golf courses, and in a lovely historical district where the homes date back 60 or 70 years. Condominiums encompass every architectural design you can image: villas, flats, downtown, waterfront, or on a golf course. Ages range from just breaking ground to late 1960's. Most homes have what is known as a "split bedroom" layout - insuring privacy for the master suite, since all other bedrooms are on the other side of the home. Pool, spa or none - we have them all. Large or small - it's all here waiting for you!
