| When my wife and I told our friends and family that we were going to start looking for a house, everybody kept telling us horror stories about the dishonest, slimy, greedy realtors they had dealt with. Between their cautionary tales and my previous experience with a different realtor who wasn't very honest with me, I was a little skeptical about realtors in general. Neil had to earn my trust and prove me and everyone else wrong, and that's exactly what he did. Neil not only took us to every home we wanted to see whenever we wanted to see it, he also taught us so much about homes throughout the process. Every time we looked at a house I learned something new, and before long, I was able to spot poor grading, structural issues, and other huge red flags that I previously had no idea about. He was also very patient and honest from start to finish and always had our best interests in mind. He listened to what we wanted and was very up front about whether or not he thought a house would be a good fit for us. He's pretty dead on too, because we now live in and are thrilled with the house that he called a "no-brainer". Neil gave us a strategy and put together an offer that couldn't have been any better. Both the amount and the letter were perfect and beat out multiple other offers. At closing, the other agent reaffirmed what we already believed by telling us that we were lucky to have him and that everything he did made a huge difference in helping us get the house that we really wanted. I could go on and on about more specifics, like how friendly he is, how he got the sellers to take care of a large list of items for us before closing, or how his colleague Ryan rushed back into town from a fishing trip during a storm to show us a house the one time that Neil was unavailable, but instead I'll just say that Neil and 360dwellings really exceeded our expectations, and as a result of working with them, we are now living in the perfect home for us and happier than ever. Based on my experience, this is an incredibly rare find and you'd have to be crazy not to give them a shot. |

| In short, Neil is a real estate genius and you would be an idiot to not use him! We used Neil recently to buy a house and relocate from out of state and the normally stress-filled experience of 'moving across the country and buying a house in a town you know nothing about' was an overwhelming positive experience due to Neil! He is uber responsive, and went above and beyond in all aspects of the process. He even happily met with us on a holiday weekend to casually check out some houses & neighborhoods just on the off-chance that we might move to the city. Then, once we decided to move we basically had one shot (one day) to find a house before we needed to move in about 2 weeks later. And he somehow brilliantly was able to discern from our utterly vague requests of what we were looking for: "a good investment", "..uhm, somewhere like near the city but near the mountains and oh yeah, near public transportation", and all within our limited price range. He was a wealth of information about the city, about the pros and cons of neighborhoods, and pointing out potential issues (e.g., old furnace would need to be replaced) or highlights (look at these beautiful hardwood floors, that have never been walked on, hiding under this gross carpet!) in each house. He definitely had the insider info to keep us from making a bad decision (e.g., cute house in a bad location). We flew back into town and had one day to try and find a house, and we viewed "THE house" in the morning and then Neil had an offer to the sellers with a couple of hours, he spoke with the seller's agent and secured an acceptance on our initial offer within hours of submitting. Incredible! He also recommended us to an equally, outstanding lender who was able to secure the loan and close on the house within just 2 weeks so we could be in the house to start a new job. I think we broke some records there on quick turn-around time! Oh yeah, since we were from out of state, we weren't available for all those pesky things that need to get done in order to close and Neil handled all of it! He was there for the inspection, radon inspection, sewer scope, and the multiple vendors coming out to the house to get quotes on work needing to be done. He also performed the final walk-through for us since we were still navigating our UHaul across the country prior to closing. | Neil is by far the best real estate agent there could be! He helped us buy our first home 2.5 years ago long distance from Boston, showing himself incredibly trustworthy and competent. Within those two years, he was extremely helpful in helping us find local resources for various things we needed along the way and never failed to respond within an hour of getting a question. When we found out we were expecting twins and needed to upsize as quickly as possible, Neil was the first person we contacted to sell our first home and find our next. I don't think we can do justice to how much Neil did to make the process smooth and drama free. Not only did he sell our home in very little time, he made the process relatively painless with an incredible team of people he has collected to assist in the process. From staging, to cleaning, to repairs, to mortgages, if Neil recommended them, it meant they were professional, efficient, and trustworthy. He was also able to set up selling our old house and buying our new one within one day of each other, meaning our move was painless and quick without having to be in transition for a long period of time. He is also just a wonderful person: always friendly, courteous, trustworthy, and honest. We honestly couldn't have done any of the process without him and feel so lucky to have found him 2.5 years ago. If you are looking for a real estate agent, this one is the best there is and he will surpass any expectation you could have! |
