I honestly love my job! It's not always easy but the reward of helping someone find a great home outweighs the tough times. I started my real estate career in 1998 and have been learning ever since. I began in the mortgage industry in 1994 and worked every aspect from loan officer to underwriter to selling the end loan to the investor but I always loved the purchase loans. To share in the happiness of someone buying a home was always the best part of my job so I decided to become more involved finding the home.
I've been thru the process several times personally so I know all of the emotions my clients feel. I make the sure my clients are informed and know what to expect, every step of the way. I explain every action in detail so they are comfortable and at ease. I communicate daily, if needed, and I am always available. I even give my home phone number to all of my clients!
I believe that trust and communication are the 2 most important factors a Realtor should excel at. I work hard so my clients are confident with decisions and don't second guess any actions. When a client signs on to work with me, that's what they get - me. They always talk with me, not an assistant, so we are always on the same page. I do work with a team of people who have proven themselves to be in the best interests of my clients. From mortgage professionals to home inspectors to insurance agents and even financial planners, if my clients are referred to an individual to help with an aspect of their home purchase, they know they can trust the service they are receiving.
