Hello all. I am new to the world of blogging but not to real estate. I have held my license for 5 years but have decided to really get going on my career. I need all the help I can get in this economy.

I have a degree in Biology from Armstrong Atlantic State University here in Sunny Savannah, Georgia. I actually should say historic Savannah since that is how most people know it. We have the beautiful squares that were set by General James Oglethrope backin in 1733 or so. Yep, we are pretty old. But we are growing out. We have moved everything towards the west since the city itself can't grow much anymore. SO all new housing is in Pooler or Richmond Hill.
