Building houses or maintaining houses have many variables. It is not terribly difficult. Different builders do things in different ways, homeowners take care of their homes in different ways.
My inspection provides an objective 3rd party review of just how the house has been built or how it has been maintained. I treat each of my inspections as an education ... what can I learn from each and every home. Then its a matter of communicating that granular data to my clients in an understandable and usable format.
