I have been building green for over thirty years. I started with energy efficiency and passive solar design and, from the start, have been conscientious of resource conservation. As my interest in holistic health developed, it was a natural to consider healthy materials in my homes. I started as a remodeling contractor, and developed and marketed a passive solar sunroom addition. I stopped contracting years ago but always had my own rehab projects going to resell. I now mostly focus on my own projects along with a sales and consulting service for people designing, building, renovating, or decorating their own home.

Recently, I have focused my attention on developing green built cabinetry and countertops. Working with a Midwestern cabinet and millwork manufacturer I can provide finished cabinets, a ready to assemble package, and a refacing system. I also provide concrete, recycled glass, and recycled paper countertops along with sourcing other quality products specific to a common sence approach to green building.

I also work with prefab and modular small homes. These homes are built with the same specifications as site built homes but with better quality control.
