As husband and wife, we are proud owners of Pacific Direct Mortgage. We have combined real estate and private lending experience of 30+ years and as such, we've done hundreds upon hundreds of loans. We are licensed for the state of California but also lend in Hawaii & other qualifying states. Our company is located in Northern California, in beautiful Sonoma County.
Our Mission is to help current & future homeowners and real estate investors improve their financial standing and net worth by providing alternative mortgage solutions not found through conventional means (banks, credit unions, etc.), enabling them to aspire to their own financial and real estate goals.
We also provide trust deed investment opportunities for private investors who are interested in earning upwards of 12% return on their real estate investments. Always looking to grow our partners, though we aren't a fund, you individually invest and earn returns.
