We at Patriot Land take pride in our work product, i.e., the conveyancing systems we employ, the documents we prepare (deeds, settlement statements, etc.), the title reports, commitments, and policies we send to our customers, our meticulous attention to detail, and the follow-up care we render.
At Patriot Land we do not maintain a helter skelter atmosphere in our office as exists in many high pressure environments. Our team does not subscribe to eleventh hour "scurrying around to get the job done"; however, we often close transactions within days of receiving a title application. We do our homework in a comfortable, relaxed manner which then results in a pleasant and efficient final closing.

We at Patriot Land encourage the public, the consumer, the first time home buyer, the student, any one interested in learning about Title Insurance, to contact us with questions or to arrange a personal visit to our facility.

With over 30 years experience in title insurance, we at Patriot Land are specialists in title matters, handling residential as well as commercial transactions. First time home buyers, FHA/VA, Multi-lingual, 1031 exchanges, title clearance assistance, and difficult title matters are our specialty. Approved Attorneys are welcome. We believe in educating our customers throughout the closing process, so that they become informed consumers. Hence, almost 100% of our business is from referrals or recommendations from real estate agents, lenders, lawyers, builders and informed consumers. All of us at Patriot Land do our homework so you won't have to do yours. Our staff is acquainted with all phases of a real estate transaction. With backgrounds in Banking, Quality Assurance, Industry, Hospitality, Real Estate Sales, Mortgage Banking and Mortgage Brokerage, our employees function as a team to serve the various needs of our clients. We are accustomed to interacting with other real estate and mortgage professionals to achieve positive results. We like pleasant closings.
Our office is located in Limerick, Pa., 1 minute from Rt. 422 bypass (Limerick/Linfield exit). Licensed in PA & NJ, our specialties are Montgomery, Chester, Berks, Bucks, Delaware, and Philadelphia Counties.
Although those friends and associates who interact with us frequently know we can be contacted at ANY time, our office is NOT a 24/7 operation. We work untiringly Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM unless we are at a closing, and reserve other times for our family activities.
On a more personal note, two of us in the office have 12 children between us. We are very much a family oriented group and we encourage & welcome family members (children & pets) of our clients to attend closings.
