Get to Know Pat Vredevoogd Combs

Pat Vredevoogd I'm so glad you have taken your time to visit me here and take a look at my blog. I love the real estate business (which you might guess since I have been helping buyers and sellers in the residential Grand Rapids market for over 38 years).

I love to see the excitement and joy as a first time homebuyer walks through the front door of their first home - keys in hand - and knows that it is theirs! I love the look on a child's face when they run through the bedroom that will be "theirs" in a few weeks - deciding where to put their dolls and furniture.

I love the graditude that I see from a Grandma who has decided to give up their home to move into assisted living and now has the means to do it. I love the Real Estate Business because it lets me be a genuine person interacting with wonderful people day in and day out (and evenings and weekends too!)

As a broker of 38 years - my philosophy has always been to treat others as I would want to be treated myself - the Golden Rule Rules!
