Size and price are of little concern. I have sold everything from the 119 Unit, $8.3 million dollar apartment building to the $20,000 investment condo over the years. Property management is a skill I have acquired as well that comes in handy for my buyers and sellers. Identifying key problems with these properties is a skill set you really need to have on your side! I don't know everything but I know an awful lot to the point where I can at minimum ask the right questions that ultimately leads to the cost effective solution. On the surface one may disregard the importance of such a thing but let me tell you, it can be your ace in the hole!

I purchased a home through Steve last year. It had been some time since I had purchased a home and I had a ton of questions. I was blown away with Steve's knowledge of the industry and level of care he displayed with helping my purchase. He was also a terrific negotiator to finalize the best deal for my home. Steve's the BEST Realtor I've ever dealt with and I will definitely seek him out for all of my future real estate needs.
Steve sold my house for top dollar going into the slide of the recession through his use of outstanding marketing tools and aggressive 24/7 selling and negotiating. For over 1 year I tracked 50 of the houses that were listed before mine as people scrambled to get out. I walked through 17 of those houses, most of which were move-in ready. Yet after 1 year, 31 of the 50 were still listed, 7 were pulled from the market 9 went into foreclosure, and 3 were sold far below the original listing price. Steve stayed ahead of the housing slide and closed the sale before the crash. In 2010 I gave Steve a list of all the features I wanted in a house to buy. It was an impossible list that included a ranch home, with pool on a lake, outside cabana full bathroom, dead end street or cul-de-sac, safe well kept area but not in a gated community, no HOA, split bedroom plan, no great room, separate living, dining, and family room, eat in kitchen, at least 3 bedrooms and at least 3 bathrooms, built post 1980, near the best schools, NW county, a fireplace, and all granite, marble, tile, and hard wood upgrades, all for the high $300s. Steve worked his but off, found it, out negotiated other buyers while keeping my buy price way down, and nailed it! I've been working with Steve on real estate since 2003.
