I list all types of homes and I specialize in out of state and overseas buyers and renters especially the U.K. because thats where I was born. I am an active member of SCR and I am on the International committee to help promote Melbourne, Brevard County and the whole of Florida. In todays real estate market my buyers benefit from my firm negotiations, patience, professionalism and the strong ability to Listen to what my clients want.

When I was working in the U.K. I worked for a couple of property companies that had freehold bars,as an area manager, so I gained a lot of experiance dealing with the tenants, all aspects of their business and the final act of selling it on the open market. So its always my goal to become the local expert because thats what I do best.
