The Lake of the Ozarks is a big second/vacation home market.  The Lake area is also a wonderful retirement community.  This is due to the lifestyles at the Lake of the Ozarks.  It is an easy and relaxed lifestyle, it really is like being on vacation every day...and the Lake is beautiful and the area serene.    

The Lake of the Ozarks is a growing community, even in this economy.  We have fantastic new lake front homes and condominium complexes going up all around the Lake.  Small subdivisions and gated communities are being developed.  With the continued growth of the housing market, the industrial side of the Ozarks is also growing strong.  New shopping centers, restaurants, and speciality stores are going up all around the lake area.  And the schools in the area are a class above the rest.

Selling your home can be a very emotional time. However, once you have made the decision to sell, I will assist you every step of the way.  From the listing agreement to the signed contract. 

To start the selling process, a comparative market analysis is needed to calculate the fair market value of your property.  Overpricing a home puts the Seller(s) at a disadvantage because the property will just sit on the market...underpricing the property costs the Seller(s) financially.

A marketing plan should be designed to generate as much attention as possible to the property.  Marketing via the Internet is the fastest growing form of advertisement.  In today's economy, successful marketing is a priority.  

Sellers need an agent that will work for them, not just the "Name".  "Names" don't open and shut doors, "names" don't answer phones, "names" don't hold open houses.  A full-time, creative, aggressive agent is a Seller(s) best friend.  Someone who will pick the telephone up when you call with questions and concerns.  A "name" is just that, a "name"...BUYERS!
