| After initially having a real estate agent who didn't listen to any of our wants/needs, who had an automatic system send us a bunch of listings that were nothing like what we wanted, we decided to find another realtor who would listen to us. A good friend recommended Peggy Dye. I sent Peggy an email explaining the situation and what we were looking for in a home and she got back to me within an hour or so with listings that we loved! I spoke with her on the phone and she quickly made time to meet us as soon as we were available. She took us to many different listings that we wanted to see and explained the pros and cons of some of the cheaper "fixer uppers" that we saw. We eventually decided on a home that was perfect for us and we couldn't be happier! She was very helpful and supportive, especially when we worried that we wouldn't find "the one." I have already recommended her to friends and I hope that when we're ready to move again into a bigger home we can work with her again. |

| In a nutshell, Peggy was wonderful. From the beginning we picked Peggy from her obvious passion to be a realtor and help the client. She was selling a home near ours on Killarney Way in Tallahassee and we noticed her professional and vibrant signage and frequent open houses.
