My Real Estate career started over thirty years ago as an investor, advisor and house renovator. Starting my career during that time allowed me to aquire valuable skills and insights into all facets of real estate. This includes extensive experience in dealing with construction, advertising, project planning, marketing and other skillsets rarely available to others, not just limit my knowledge to selling and buying.

How often did an agent tell you not to buy a home? I've said that to many of my clients, based on simply the visual observation of potential problems that my client is not willing to deal with. I can recognize issues with a home before an inspector is hired, elimintating homes in the first round of search for buyers.
I can focus buyer's search to a specific location based on many factors after interviewing clients, saving weeks or months of fruitless "house hunting".
Focusing on bank owned properties (REO's) in today's market offers the best deal to buyers. I'm often able to get a further reduction in price even below the banks asking price to make it a super deal for my clients.
For sellers, I present a realistic market price to sell a home quickly. I don't inflate the home's value just to get the listing and have it sit on the market for months, then reduced the price anyway so it will be attractive to buyers.
