Life long resident of Burlington and past independent business owner for many years! Real Estate has been a passion of mine for over 25 years but circumstances dictated my entry into this fabulous market later on in life! I am currently in my third very successful year of business. My first full year allowed me to meet the "Executive Level" which is over $50,000 in gross commissions and this past year (2009) I achieved the "100% Club Level" which is over $100,000 in gross commissions. I have achieved many different levels of sales training but i am most proud of my "Successful Negotiating Skills" training in 2006. My main are of expertise has evolved into "First-Time" home buyers. I suppose this trend was developed through many years of owning my own business and having to develop employees. The other asset is the amount of educating that I provide to my younger first-time home buyers which tends to de-mystify the whole process. I feel this takes the "fear" out of buying and also allows a level of trust that makes the process a happy and enjoyable one. I have lived my whole life in the Burlington/Waterdown areas. (grew up in Burlington where my office is located, but bought my first single home in Waterdown where I raised my family of four) My involvement in both of these communities through volunteering and athletic coaching plus my many years of business ownership has provided me the skills to perform at a high level. I consider myself a perfectionist who continues to work hard until my clients are satisfied.
