I have been a full time real estate agent Since 2002 and made the commitment several years ago to run my business mostly by referral; to which I have my friends and clients to thank for that success.
I am well known for my aggressive marketing system which helps sellers get the best price and contract terms in the shortest amount of time. Some of the services I offer to my seller's are feedback request from buyer's agents via email, multiple photos on the MLS & Realtor.com (Showcase ALL listings in Realtor) I also advertise on Craigslist, Google Base, Oodle/backpage, Hotpads, Trulia, Vast, Kijiji, RE/MAX International, Hobokenproperties.com, ActiveRain, point2agent and many, many more.
I also have a powerful and easy to understand buyer's presentation. I love to negotiate on behalf of my buyers and have saved them thousands of dollars during a transaction through negotiating on their behalf and keeping up with the current trends and market conditions.
My whole office is a great group of people, who consistently try to improve their skills, knowledge and services through continuing education courses and training. I have attended real estate classes at NYU for investment properties and real estate finance so I am proficient in real estate investment ideas and techniques; as well as bifurcating and depreciating investment properties for investors.
