Broker Sean Thanh Nguyen has been in real estate business since 2004. His education, advanced studies and experiences made him a leader in real estate brokerage and investment businesses.

SEAN’S EXPERIENCES, EDUCATION, & STUDIES:

• Graduated from California State University Fullerton (California) in June 1st, 2001 with concentration on Real Estate and Equity Investing.
• Advanced studies in Strategic Management, Development Economics, Investment Management, Politics and Investment.
• Mortgage and home equity underwriting experience at ING Direct with authority to approve up to $750,000.  Sean made about 5,000 underwriting decisions and analyzing approximate 5000 tri-merged credit reports. He became the most productive underwriter at ING Direct.
• More than 10 year full-time in real estate brokerage and investing businesses.
• More than 6 year of doing mortgage loan consulting experiences.
• Advanced knowledge of web development and information technology.
• Founder/President, GodlyWorld INC (a Charity in Arizona)
