I am a licensed real estate sales agent who has lived in the Capital District all my life. I am actively involved in the school and sports activities of my daughter, as well as my own sports activities which include skiing, softball and golf.
Selling real estate is what I do for joy and self satisfaction. I enjoy meeting and working with people on all sides of a transaction; clients, other realtors, attorneys, inspectors and mortgage professionals. I love what I do, although to be honest, I wouldn't do it entirely just for love. I do find the results of my passion to be financially profitable. And my wife appreciates that.
I live with my wife and daughter in Guilderland, New York. I am a graduate of Albany Business College, where I received my degree in Business Administration. I am not just a real estate salesman, I have personal experience as an investor in rental properties as well. In fact, I crafted my skills as a tough negotiator first as an investor, and later as a salesman.
I particularly enjoy working with first-time home buyers. Buying your first home will likely be the most memorable experience of your life, and perhaps one of the scariest. With that in mind, I strive to make it one of your most enjoyable experiences as well, ensuring that your memory will be a very happy one.
I get great satisfaction in teaching my clients the process of buying a home. I carefully explain all of the details of a transaction, from reading and understanding a listing, to the initial walk-through, to an explanation of the purchase contract, to the mortgage considerations, to the inspection contingencies...everything right through to the closing. And more. I maintain a relationship with my clients long after the closing.
Like a teacher following the progress of his students in school, I take pride in witnessing the joy and satisfaction my clients exhibit at the closing of the purchase of their very first home, and long afterwards. Your joy will be my reward.
