StageRight specializes in assisting South Texans to prepare their homes to sell quickly and profitably. We will be happy to provide a Professional Assessment of your home. In approximately two hours or so, you will have all of the information needed to prepare your home to "upstage" the competition in your market.
Pamela Parker, President of StageRight, knows exactly what the average buyer in your demographic is looking for - what they like, and what they don't like. She will assess the strengths and weaknesses of your home and provide you with a comprehensive plan. The plan will include what might need to be trimmed, planted, cleaned, fixed, de-cluttered, painted, moved, re-arranged, or stored! Pamela also provides a network of cost-effective service providers for our clients to access.
We know that differentiating your home from the neighbor's is of paramount importance. With a little ingenuity, we will have your property sitting center stage, with the competition off in the wings!
How the Process Works:
~ A typical consultation/home assessment lasts about two hours, and a written plan will be provided which sellers may implement themselves, or hire StageRight to carry-out for them.
~ Sellers may hire StageRight to showcase the property and perform the staging enhancements for them as a preparation to listing and photographing, OR at any time during the selling process.
~ StageRight will work with sellers to coordinate services which might be required to prepare the home for sale prior to staging. Then, Staging begins!

So many clients/sellers are able to effect pre-move preparation, and the staging themselves, but merely need a professional to come in and give them the plan - step by step and room by room. Just think how fast many properties would sell if more Realtors had their homeowner sellers consult with a stager PRIOR to listing and photographing.
Statistically, staged homes sell almost twice as fast -- but it doesn't have too be a several thousand dollar endeavor.
