I am Patty Mercer. I am the Branch Manager for Pay It Forward Financial. I have been in the Mortgage industry for just over five years. Previous to being in the Mortgage Industry I was a stay at home Mom and a student at CSUH (now CSUEB) acquiring my Teaching Credential for single subject Science. Now I am a licensed Loan Officer and I process loans for six other LO's. I love the Mortgage Industry! I love the fact that my relationship with my clients is MUCH different than typical! Most importantly... I love that I am able to share my excitement for the industry and Pay It Forward Financial with my son Dustin...
I am Dustin Marazzito. I am Patty Mercer's first and only son and also the first employee she hired after starting the Pay It Forward Financial branch under First Priority Financial. I have been in the Mortgage industry for over 3 years. I started in the business as a Processor and a LO Assistant. After gathering a wealth of knowledge in the Real Estate business I am finally confident and ready to become a Loan Officer. I am currently studying for my Real Estate License and will hopefully be licensed within a month (if DRE will ever process my application).
