I was born and raised in the Tri-Cities and now have a small but highly productive team that covers the Tri-Cities, Yakima, the lower Yakima Valley, and Walla Walla. | Excellent realtor. I would recommend him to anyone wanting their requests and specific needs taken seriously. He works hard to find the perfect home. | I have been a homeowner for over 35 years, and the home Todd helped me purchase is my 7th. Needless to say I know what I want and I'm more than just a little "hard to please." My bride and I went into our TriCities home search with a long wish-list of things we wanted in a property and not enough budget to pull off the list. With Todd's help we were able to find virtually everything we were after, stayed within our budget, and even had a little $ left over for a few remodeling projects that will make the place just right. He helped us with the search, the offer, the negotiations, and he made great referrals to other professionals for financing, home inspection, etc. He also referred us to a contractor who does amazing work and has helped us with part of our remodel |

| Todd and his team helped me buy my dream home (even when I didn't know what that was :-). He always responded promptly to my endless questions and paid very close attention to the details. After my home purchase, my sister worked with Todd to put her house on market and sold it in less than 60 days! I would definitely recommend him again....... and again :-) |

| Todd helped us buy our first home. When we first started to work with him we didn't qualify for a loan. He always checked up with us to see how we were doing with building our credit. Once we were pre-qualified he already had houses to show us that met our criteria. Todd was great to work with and would recommend him to family, friends, and anyone looking to buy a house. |
