My approach to this wonderfully humanitarian profession of real estate is that of compassionate competence and quiet determination. What’s my goal? Firstly, to provide excellent customer service and to ensure that my clients have a professional, satisfying and a seamless real estate experience that matches or exceeds their expectations. My task is to ensure that my clients get the best value for (in many cases) their largest purchase and most emotional decision: a home worthy of or exceeding the value of the resources they invested.
When working with a current homeowner, I understand the natural tendency towards feelings of nostalgia. Selling a home they have owned and loved is sometimes difficult whether a person is downsizing or looking forward to the purchase of their dream home. My job is to ensure a smooth, well coordinated sale of their current home and a similarly happy and painless transition to the new residence whether they are buying or choosing to rent.
How do I sell? Somewhat agressively; also, by utilising all the right tools. We live in a technological age and consequently images are seen as almost everything and, descriptively they are: We imagine and dream in color and the pictures of a home are worth a thousand words. My listings are populated with lots of vivid images and virtual tours that tell some of the story of that home. But the soul of the thing has to be the buyer’s experience as they tour the home. In this respect my objective is to entice many prospective buyers to visit your property, to see it in its best light and to and have them experience it as I do: a beautiful home in a great location and a good buy!
