Gloria Crank

I obtained my real estate sales license in 1987, while working as a bookkeeper for a small property mgmt. company in Crested Butte, Colorado. I purchased the business in 1988. I have been licensed in the state of Colorado since 1987. I was President of the Gunnison Country Assn. of Realtors from 1990-91, a member of the Crested Butte Town Council from 1990-94 and mayor pro-tem from 1992-1994. I also had the pleasure of serving at the President of the Crested Butte Chamber of Commerce from 1994-1996.  In 1998 I was founding member of the Crested Butte Academy and continued as a Board Member through 2000.  Since moving to Delta County in 2002, I have been a member of the Delta County Assn of Realtors.  I am active in the local community and like to stay in touch with local government issues.

My company in Crested Butte handled long term housing units, nightly/weekly vacation rentals, caretaker units and homeowner association management. We started as a small company and grew to be the largest property management company in town. I learned the business from the ground up; cleaning houses, keeping the books, mowing lawns and eventually building a team of employees with a great reputation.  I sold the company in 2002 and moved to the North Fork Valley, outside of Hotchkiss, CO where I now handle long term housing and I am starting to build a vacation rental business.

My number one goal is to promote and maximize the real estate investments that are entrusted to me.  I think the very best real estate investment is one that not only generates a steady income, but one that increases in value over time.  That requires constant attention to each property and when requested, the services of a professional property manager.
