Pat Trainor        In Nov. 1997, my wife Carol and I decided we needed a vacation. We were living in South Florida at the time and thoughts of escaping to a secluded cabin in the mountains, situated on a bold, racing stream (preferably filled with trout) with a rocking chair porch, would do quite nicely. And we found it! We arrived in Blue Ridge and by the end of our first weeks' vacation we were looking at houses and property. Four months later we found our dream house; made the move and feel it was one of the best decisions we have ever made! Real Estate Licenses:Georgia #206023Tennessee #00271236North Carolina #179029      Prior to moving to Blue Ridge, I served as a ships' Captain aboard private mega-yachts traveling around the world. Spending 20 years in a very demanding "customer service" industry taught me how to listen closely and thereby discern the needs of my clients. Combined with a dogged determination to find for my clients exactly what they are looking for, has certainly contributed to my enjoyment as well as the success of my real estate career.      Real Estate needs in Blue Ridge are as varied as our mountain views and streams and rivers. Some are in search of retirement cabins, others for a get-away clog abin for summers and vacations. Still others are looking for a second home, which will perhaps fulfill future needs. Though different in character, all are deserving of attentive, knowledgeable and professional service. Whether you are just beginning your search or the time for a change has arrived, I would be pleased to help. So, if you are looking for a real estate professional to work with, in a low-pressure atmosphere, please contact me. I am currently licensed in Georgia, Tennessee and North Carolina and work in co-operation with all the other real estate offices in Fannin, Gilmer and Union counties providing my customers access to all properties suitable to their needs.      If you are yearning for a simpler, quieter lifestyle; for the songs of birds as your alarm clock and stars so bright and plentiful in the night sky you would think you were out in the middle of the ocean, come to the mountains of North Georgia. Discover what Carol and I have discovered... there is no better place to live.
