A very dear realtor friend said "love what you do and do what you love"!  I have been in real estate since 2003 after 28 years in "corporate america" and always wish that if I could do it all over again.....being a realtor and educating clients in homeownership has been a wonderful experience.  Real Estate has become a passion, which I absolutely am enjoying!

Education has been in the forefront in 2008 & 2009, and I have recently earned the following designations..ABR, AHWD & GRI.  2010 will be focused on the CRS designation.  Since 2004 I also have learned the financing/lending business and that has been a positive help in working with potential buyers.  In August 2009, I started Palm Tree Realty and will grow the business in 2010 by specializing on First Time Homebuyers and the Y Generation of buyers in the future.
