My name is Jocelyn Ucedo (Hernandez Irizarry), and I grew up in New York, where I began my professional career in the areas of licensing, international sales and marketing in New York City’s garment center- working for major fashion brand labels. I lived and traveled throughout Europe, prior to establishing myself in the Dominican Republic. This international exposure gives me invaluable people skills for working with a diverse clientele.

Having arrived in the Dominican Republic in 2004, I have since built a successful career in real estate in the areas of Bavaro & Punta Cana. Representing North American and European sellers and buyers in cash and bank financed transactions.

I make the time to give back to her community, supporting a number of local charitable institutions and community events, as well as the first real estate agent in the Dominican Republic to become a member of Giveback Homes, a trusted network of real estate agents dedicated to building homes for families in need.

I am also a member of ALTOR® International, Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and a CREA Global Affiliate.

I currently split my time between my homes in Dominican Republic, Spain and Puerto Rico, where my family is originally from.
