I know the area! Living in the Lakeshore area, with friends in all 4 quadrants of Tallahassee, I have helped relocate newcomers, especially new FSU faculty, Assisted in selling their homes  when the "too good to resist" offer came from other universities or when it was time to upgrade here. Have assisted  when the time came to move on to a retirement facility.  Over a 40+ year career she has worked with all ages and all family configurations and loved every minute of it.

Going from a multiple listing system that consisted of looseleaf notebooks updated once a week at association meetings and one page sales contract to today's internet world and multiform contracts over my 40years has meant a constant learning curve.... which may be the reason I have survived so long in the field.  How can you ever get bored when no 2 years are alike?
