Next, I will give you the protection that you deserve when entering the market. What does this mean? Simply put, I will make sure that no other agent or broker takes advantage of you and any particular circumstances which may make you more vulnerable to losing money out of your suitcase. Once we begin marketing your home, I will make sure to start with our best foot forward. I will hire and pay for a professional photographer to come out to your home to take those photographs that will highlight the beauty that is your home. We will make sure to take plenty of well lit, well contrasted, well angled photographs that will draw in the attention of those agents on the MLS and those clients on the many Internet sites. As a part of my marketing campaign I will make it my mission to have as many people view your home as possible and this can be done in many ways to include using my incredible network of in-house agents (nearly 200) that cover the Los Angeles area! As an aside, I would like to mention that I belong to the number one brokerage in the Valley with our agents and our brokers creating more sustainable deals than any other brokerage in our area!
