As the Sales Guy at Dakno Marketing, a real estate web design and marketing firm, I use my past "real world" experience as a REALTOR® with Merrill Lynch Realty along with corporate sales/marketing acumen developed at Delta Airlines to provide a solid platform to connect and engage with real estate professionals. In the past, my roles at Dakno have included client coaching, blog coaching, social media marketing training, SEO, and website development.

I love to offer my expertise in online and offline marketing technology with a keen understanding of real estate to an ever-growing list of Who's-Who in the real estate marketplace.

Are you still with me or did I lose you after about the second sentence. You see, here are the facts - bio's are, for the most part, about the most boring read in the world. I could actually see your eyes begin to glaze over and roll back in your head. And even worse, they're an absolute pain to write. A bio should ultimately tell your story and help connect you with those who might have a need.

It should also help convey how you will benefit by a relationship with me and our team.

By the way, Brad Carroll, the owner of Dakno is my son and I'm incredibly proud of him.

Beyond my work life, I'm still married to my first wife and my kids and their kids are a really big deal with me.
