Traveling to trade shows for bands like Keller Williams, RE/MAX, Prudential, and Weichert has been something I have done during these years in the marketing world. Using Facebook is a great way to stay in touch with your clients. And one of the ways you can do that is by using Facebook Apps. There are several companies out there that offer really cool apps for your Facebook page to help promote you to potential clients. AgentPoint offers a service where you can add multiple tabs to your page, one of which is a "Welcome Tab" that's basically a branded page with a company video, main image corporate profile and some other goodies. Another good one is Zillow, offering up a "Listing Tab" that will show your clients all of your listings right on your Facebook page. But my favorite is the "Local Info Tab", also by Zillow, that shows potential clients you're a local expert and keeps your clients coming back for updated market statistics and information on recent sales. Like I said, there are several companies that offer apps for Facebook. Look around, ask what some of your coworkers are doing and expand on that.
