Relevant History . . . I am an octogenarian retired Real Estate Broker with a specialized background in provincial property assessment. I hold a Certificate in Real Property Assessment with High Honours from the University of British Columbia (UBC). Throughout my career, I have successfully represented numerous individual and multiple homeowners in complex appeals before both the Assessment Review Board (ARB) and the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB). My expertise in tax policy is further informed by my past role as researcher/spokesperson for the Taxpayers Coalition Ontario, where I provided formal presentations to various municipal councils and a Provincial Standing Committee on assessment reform
