My philosophy is simple: I do not "sell real estate." As a broker, my job is not to sell the home. I view my role as a coach.
I coach my clients through big decisions that accompany major life transitions: job change, marriage, children, breakups, divorce, death, empty-nest, and stagnation that prompts a move.
I also coach real estate agents to help them create sustainable businesses without burnout.
Whether I'm working with a buyer, seller, or fellow agent, I do the same thing:
I help all of my clients move from uncertainty and fear to excitement and assurance. I help them uncover what is blocking them from the path to their desired outcome, and develop the mindset, tools, skills, and strategies to achieve their long-term outcomes, not merely their immediate needs.
I am passionate and committed to helping my clients create space for their best work, work more effectively, stand in the value of their work, market and sell with integrity, and catalyze transformation in their lives and in the lives of others.

I have extensive experience in personal development and coaching. I regularly serve on the volunteer crew for Tony Robbins seminars and have helped hundreds of participants navigate the fire walk at Unleash the Power Within.
I currently focus most of my attention on speaking, coaching, and creating programs to help real estate agents and other service-based business owners uplevel their productivity, and create sustainable businesses while avoiding burnout. I am the founder of The Ritual Revolution, a movement focused on living with intention, instead of in reaction.
