We have been in Real Estate sales, development, and construction for a number of years and have a large network of Buyers and Sellers across the country.

Although our primary focus had been on retail, Owner-occupied properties, we have shifted that focus to wholesale, Investor-owned properties.  We now have access to properties available throughout the United States and even some abroad as well.

We became involved with buying and selling REO properties a while ago through our network of Real Estate Investors, and now have access to literally thousands of REO properties and packages of properties throughout the United States.

The REO business has naturally developed into buying and selling both performing and non-perfoming Notes, which has proven to be a tremendous business for us at this time!
