With a background in engineering, I use my analytical skills to compile market research for my clients.  Research is an important tool when negotiating price for buyers and sellers.  I am extremely hard working and give great attention to detail.  I believe that buying and selling homes is both a science and an art.

As a real estate investor, I have experience with renovation and staging.  I use that experience to help Sellers prepare their homes for sale.  In addition, I can help Buyers see the hidden potential in homes.
