My practice focuses exclusively on commercial & investment property within the Inland Empire area of Southern California.

Born and raised in Whittier, California, my real estate career began in 1984, as a licensed salesperson at the age of 19 after obtaining an AA degree (architecture major).  My Inland Empire focus started the following year when I began a speculative development project about 30 miles east in Corona. Subsequently I began specializing in valuation, forming  an appraisal firm in 1988. Since 1985, Corona's population has grown from 45,750 to 147,428 and the Inland Empire grew from 1.8 to 4.1 million residents. During that time, I provided valuation and consulting services on thousands of acres and millions of square feet of commercial and industrial property throughout the Inland Empire totaling well over a billion dollars. Since much of this work involved new development, I have acquired expertise in market analysis, feasibility and absorption studies; experience which becomes increasingly important in a down market. Clients have included corporations, major and local financial institutions, municipalities, pension funds, insurance companies and high net worth individuals. Assignments have included office, industrial, retail and special purpose properties, apartments, subdivisions, low income housing tax credit projects, large mixed-use developments requiring sophisticated discounted cash flow analysis and expert witness testimony. My education includes extensive coursework through nationally recognized organizations specializing in industrial and office brokerage, investment and appraisal. Most of these courses were taken in various cities throughout the U.S., affording perspective on the country's major metropolitan markets.

I am a member of the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association, one of the nation's largest and most respected organizations of industrial & commercial real estate brokers. I have a wide array of commercial real estate resources that allow me to compete effectively (and cooperatively) with any major brokerage in this market, while offering you superior personal service including the ability to deal directly with the firm's decision-maker.
