Get to Know David Glick
I am a professional home inspector and I love helping people learn about their new home. I am thorough and professional but can explain things in plain language thats easy for anyone to understand. You will come away with a much better feel for what you are buying. If issues are discovered during the course of the inspection (they always are) I will help you put them in perspective and explain repair options.
I am here for your questions before and long after the inspection. Clients appreciate being able to call me years later for advice on how to care for their homes. Certifications
I am Certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). ASHI requires the highest degree of knowledge and experience before certifying applicants. 18-20 hours of continuing education are also required each year as a condition of membership.
I am an Accredited Wood Destroying Insect Inspector by the Pennsylvania Pest Management Association (PPMA). This accreditation is only awarded to those who have proven knowledge of wood destroying insects and inspection practices.
For septic inspections, I have extensive field experiance and I am certified by the Pennsylvania Septage Management Association (PSMA). This certification requires initial classroom and field study on septic systems and inspection protocol. Certification also requires continuing education and periodic retesting to maintain certification.
