Although I like most Realtors handle just about every aspect of real estate, my specialty is marketing residential real estate.  I spend the majority of my working hours, developing and implementing marketing plans for my clients and their homes. In todays market the most important part of selling a home is high exposure.  My job is to see that my clients initially position their home for sale correctly in the market and then expose it to the most qualified and appropriate buyers.
