Ron McCord has been a licensed Realtor since 1989. Prior to entering Real Estate I was a Naval Aviator based in Coronado, San Diego. Traveling the Pacific and Persian Gulf areas and surviving a helicopter crash landing were some highlights. My time in the service taught me " Attention To Detail "  which has served me well in helping clients through sometimes difficult transactions. Much of my real estate career has been spent in Southern California in the Orange County area with a brief 3 year stint in Scottsdale Arizona where I was also licensed. I currently reside in Fort Lauderdale and specialize in Broward County Multi Family Apartment Sales

My greatest hobby is traveling all over the World. I have also lived in S America for 6 years with the majority of time spent in Colombia, while also spending time in Buenos Aires and visting most of South America in between. Having learned some Spanish has been a benefit.

As a specialist in Income Property and Apartment Buildings you can feel comfortable that I have closed hundreds of combined units and homes in my Career. I have also helped first time buyers and veteran clients alike.

I have owned income property out of state as well and am quite familiar with the trials and tribulations of maintaining an apartment building far away.
